Shipping Policy

Orders in stock are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.  If the order is a pre- order or custom dyed order please allow 10-14 business days depending on the order. 

Please be sure that your address information is correct before checkout.  

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages.  If your package succumbs to any of this, please first contact your local post office, and file a claim with them. 

 

Returns

If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order and be sure to include your order number.  Returns are only accepted on yarn in original condition.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Sale items, custom orders, and dyed to order purchases are not returnable.  Refunds will be given once the item has arrived.  A Refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you. 

 

Color Variation

Please keep in mind that we are a small batch dye company.  Each skein of yarn will be slightly different than the last.  Colors on monitors ca appear differently on different screens.  The photos you see online are an example of the color, and may not be 100% accurate.  Please alternate yarns when working on larger projects.
